Appointment Terms & Conditions

~ To accommodate everyone please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. The front entrance door is typically kept locked. Please ring the doorbell only a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time and I will be with you momentarily.

~ Paid parking is available for $1.50 in front of the building. There is paid street parking and a parking lot.

~ It is recommended to complete the intake form before your scheduled session so we can have more time for your treatment. Please scroll to the bottom of the Form & Policy page on my website to find the intake form.

~ Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be subject to a no-show fee of 75% of the session rate.

Policy for Groups & Events

~ Soulful Truth's events are a safe and supportive community! We hope to foster a warm environment where all people feel welcome to join and safe in their expression. We have a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors of harassment or bullying

~ RSVP to groups or events is not confirmed until payment has been made. Please ensure to make payment at the same time as the reservation to confirm your spot.

~ There are no refunds or transfers to another group/course or session once payment has been complete

~ We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please ensure to arrive prior to the start time of all events and groups to allow for time to get settled. Late arrivals may be subject to the foreit of the event and will not be refunded for the missed event
